The best

Lovely outside balcony and roof terrace with views of the beach, surfers and mountain. Good shower and WiFi.

To be improved

Beds were very low - about 30cm off the ground. The small bedroom's door didn't shut as bed frame was too long - and bedside table/cabinet on opposite wall to the beds! Overlooks rough ground used as a carpark - but not too noisy. Could do with a bit of updating and a sort out.

“Place was very nice, host was very caring and helpful. Highly recommended!”

The best

The location was good, the buiding is new, apartment was clean. We landed in Tenerife very late at night but host met us to show the place and give the keys, which was very nice, appreciate that!

To be improved

Personally I slept bad because of very high pillows. Lack of powerful ventilation in the bathroom.

“Great for value, big, spacious apartment. Needs few improvements.”

The best

We stayed in the apartment for 1 month. Carlos was a great host. The view from the top balcony was amazing. Spacious and clean. The location was great: a 2 min walk to the beach and city center, and a 5 min walk to kite beach. The Internet was really fast. The cleaning staff was changing 2 sets of towels and bed linen every week.

To be improved

There is no dishwasher. The cookware could be renewed, as there is rust on some of them, and some pans are totally damaged. Windows can't close and lock so whistling noise can be tough to sleep next to when the wind opens them. The door of the room with two single beds cant close.
