The best

We were advised by the property Manager to contact them 30min prior arrival and they will send someone to give the keys. Mr Santiago was there to met and great us, a very friendly man, despite us been 15min late (the stop in the supermarket was longer than expected) he was kind, smiling, showed us around, and explained us about check-out. BONUS: we were proactively offered an early check-in, which suited us as our flight landed at 10.40am. Same for the check-out, they was no problem for us to leave at 1pm. A 5 stars service from the start.

To be improved

We were a tad worried reading previous reviews, but were more than happily surprised when entering the place. What not to like, when offered a large leaving space opening on a terrace 5 meters away from a pool almost to ourselves. The bedroom was more than decent, ample storage space, decent bathroom, plenty of hot water and high pressure shower/bath. The kitchen had been recently redone, a tad on the cheap, but perfectly functional, and we cook a lot. Yes, it is not luxury, but such a pleasant place to spend a week, not to mention the value for money. Oh last but not least, Eduardo & Victorio from the Management Cie went out of their way to allow us to use a washing on the premises. A big thank you guys, and we will deffo come back !!

The best

Location perfect for beach and anexo II access, 5 minute walk to x3 different supermarkets, very easy to park unlike a lot of pdi, very peaceful, lovely garden area, very helpful owner, small issue was dealt with quickly and solved for us, allowed a late check out, all in all one of our best stays in pdi over the years. Thank you

The location was very good, close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants

To be improved

The apartment is very old style, no comfortable sofa... In general could use some renovation and redecorate to a more comfortable place. Also we found a dead cockroach in the living room. The apartment was poorly cleaned.

The location is fantastic, very calm building with only couples and singels. Great place to bring our dog. We stayed here several times.

It´s a little bit difficult to get answers from the owners.
