Location, cleanness, comfort, friendly staff who answers questions rather fast, balcony, air conditioning

Very little toilet paper for one week and three people (it wasn’t refilled by the cleaning staff), Very little salt/oil, Kind of narrow staircase

Excellent location, spacious well equipped apartment. Welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil was very helpful.

Unable to turn off the air conditioning without using the circuit board.

The stairs were challenging but were aware of that before we booked. would have liked a balcony that was suitable to sit on but appreciate that the location was so good it made up for that

The apartment is in one of the best locations in Valencia—just a short walk from the city’s most iconic landmarks. It was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay

To be improved

The street can be quite noisy at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was very unstable and the speed was quite poor.

“Had a great stay at a good price in an amazing location.”

Good and friendly communication, although the Booking.com messages said we had to pick up the keys from somewhere, when all we had to do was receive a key code.

To be improved

Was a little noisy at night and early morning, but we liked being central. It was chilly in the room and the air con didn't heat up, despite having a heating function.
