Apartamentos Metrópolis Sevilla

The apartments have absolutely everything you need for your stay. The beds are really comfortable. The apartments are a 10//15 minutes walk to the cathedral and the main strip too. It's nit a bad walk either. There are the 3 stars. However be careful when you use the aircon. Once we realised how this worked it did cool the room down instantly but at a cost. We felt ourselves getting sicker as time went on. Both came home with chest infections and after visiting doctors they told us it will have come from the aircon that has been used but not cleaned in a while.

We arrived into Seville airport, and took the EA bus to the main terminal at Plaza de Armas, costing 4 euros each. From here it was an easy, 10 minute walk to the apartment, which was all on the flat. Booking in was straight forward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our ground floor apartment was very well equipped. The lay out worked well for us. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the shower room was a good size. The kitchen area was very clean and the table and chairs were an added bonus. The fridge had a small freezer compartment, which was useful for when we bought ice cream at the local supermarket. It was an easy walk to all the sights, and we felt we had chosen our accommodation well.

We were a group of 5 adults who stayed in a two bedroom (a queen bed in one room and two double beds in the other) with a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed that could fit two others. Kitchen was complete with silverware, plates, cups, mugs, pots, pans, an electric kettle and other utensils for cooking your own food. There is also a central air conditioning system for the apartment which cools quite efficiently. We found the entire area spotless with comfortable bedding as well. Definitely were impressed by the service of the front desk staff who were knowledge about the city of Seville and don’t hesitate to offer directions or advice about a Flamenco show or the free walking tour of the town leaving from the cathedral every morning. Parking is a bit tricky because of the narrow streets. May be lucky enough to find free parking on the side of the street or pay €18 for municipal parking. Would highly recommend for those travelers who value independence while on the road, yet are able to find help easily when necessary.

Spacious one-bedroom apartment. Walking distance to Plaza de Armas, the bus station, and a large supermarket (Mercadona). About a 15 minute walk to the Catheral. Staff were helpful. WiFi was good and hot water was always sufficient.
