Spacious and stylish apartment with all necessities. Very friendly and helpful welcoming. The family really enjoyed the hot tub. The view over the mountains and Cangas de Onís was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay 💯

“Very comfortable and well-appointed accommodation; quiet location with a stunning view.”

Quiet and convenient hillside location just outside Cangas de Onis which is well worth visiting and easily accessible in only a few minutes by car; fabulous view of valley, hills and mountains from the apartment. The apartment itself was beautifully presented and very clean: decor and furnishings were modern, functional and comfortable. Host Nicolas greeted us on arrival and was friendly and helpful. The balcony was a lovely feature - we enjoyed the stunning view whilst sipping a glass of wine, watching a red squirrel in the walnut tree or listening to the owl in the evening. The apartment is an ideal base for exploring the north western side of the Picos de Europa - particularly Covadonga - and the surrounding area. We would return to this accommodation without hesitation.

To be improved

- During showers, water was slow to drain and tended to build up in the shower tray to point of overflowing; during our stay this was a minor issue; the bathroom was well equipped, the shower itself worked very well and there was plenty of hot water. - Nothing essential was lacking and this is a suggestion rather than a complaint: a few more utensils (such as a grater, one or two more sharp knives) and a kettle, would have been great for us as we enjoyed buying and preparing our own food in the evening (given the wonderful range of fresh fish and seafood available locally). We also frequently boiled water for tea.
