The unit we booked was not the one we were in, photos show a completely different unit. The noise from residents was terrible. Power tools, heavy furniture being dragged above us and kids kicking a ball against the wall went on for hours until 9pm. There is very little in the kitchen in the way of utensils and no cleaning products. We made do. We were not told the power had been turned off so the fridge was hot for our groceries. We did get parking near the building. Pool was empty which wasn’t raised in the listing or on check in. Issues raised in other reviews seem to be getting ignored and there are way too many reviews of 9 and 10 on this property which looks very suspiciously like false reviews sadly

When I rented the apartment it said high speed WI-FI. There was NO Wi-Fi whatsoever. We had to enable our phone hotspot to have Internet connection on the TV. Lucky us we were not working remotely this time, as we use to rent apartments to visit places while we work. Kitchen has minimum utensils, not even a bottle opener, serrated knives, or scissors. Cleaning was just ok but bathroom was especially bad. You could see stains on the tiles and even a melon pipe on the floor. Another thing we found missing was a clothes drying rack!! On a beach apartment and with swimming pool on the premises you can asume there will be a drying rack. But no. No hairdryer or clothes iron… it’s like you need to bring your home with you if you want to feel yourself comfortable in these apartments.

Check in/check out took very long for some reasons, they ask deposit for AC remote! and for tv control (which wasnt working). Once entered apartment, electricity was fully gone, had to turn it on from the main panel. We booked for 3 ppl (3 beds) but only had one bed with sheets, one bed without sheets and one couch without anything. There was also balcony but due to weird installation of AC block, you cant stand there for 5 mins.
