“The location was good, 5 minutes from the metro by foot. Just like the photos, big enough for 4 people. · Cons: The host didn’t know any English and it was difficult to communicate. At the time of arrival he came to give us the keys and he was kind. But at the time of check out we made an appointment at 12:00, we were there 5 minutes late and he got into the house, without calling us, with our staff in there. Also the beds are terrible, very uncomfortable In overall, it was a good stay with good location, but I wouldn’t be my first choice for the next time”

“Great location needs new beds”

We loved the location. Very close to metro and some great bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby.

To be improved

The beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in all the mattresses. This apartment is not cheap and the owner should spend a bit of money on upgrading the bedding and the couch. Unfortunately the towels were also old and threadbare. Such a shame for a good apartment in a great location.

“Loved this flat!”

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Marco, the host, was exceptionally helpful and made our experience even better. This was our second time staying in this building, and we love it just as much! The property is very secure and spotlessly clean. Plus, the location is super convenient with stores and a train station nearby. Highly recommend!

“Location is very good, super close to Metro Line 1, lots of restaurants and groceries around. The sofa though is not comfortable and the plates, pillows etc needs to change as its quite old. Its good value for money in terms of location.”
