“Constant petty rules spoiled the stay”

Too many rules!!! Was more like an army barracks than a holiday let. Check in was 5pm Check out was 10am. Keys had to be picked up and returned (by 10am) to a hotel 2kms away. You had to clean the property yourself or pay a €75 cleaning charge. You had to pay extra for towels. You had to dispose of your own rubbish. You had to fold and put away your linen. You had to clean, dry and put away any kitchen stuff you used. You were warned that you could be fined if you made excessive noise after 10pm. The basement car park was virtually inaccessible. There were no cleaning products to do any of the above.

Modern , clean, location quite good , sofas uncomfortable

To be improved

No Wi-Fi! Also no kettle( that must be a Spanish thing ) no oven or grill . No towels or rental of towels , when your flying weight is an issue so towels on site is important.

The place was very comfortable perfect for a small family. I traveled with 3 kids and it was very comfortable for us.

The apartment was very clean and the location was a walking distance to everything.

To be improved

We had to pay extra at the hotel which I wasn’t aware of like I have to pay for towels and air conditioners and they asked me to pay for the garage for my car even it was mentioned that is free on the booking .com !!

“Big, beautiful, modern appartement. Excellent value.”
The best

Big, modern appartement. Beautiful. The service was incredible. We had a malfunctioning cooking plate and this was replaced the same day. Collection of keys outside of the hours was in a safe-box nearby, very easy. When we left we could just leave the keys inside the appartment, which was even easier.

I found it odd that there was no internet/wifi connection. (we knew beforehand)
