The best

They use an app for check-in and to open the door, which is very convenient. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk from Sol Metro station. Despite being so central, it's surprisingly quiet inside and you don’t hear any noise from the busy street outside. 😊

To be improved

Communication with the host could have been better. I arrived around 11 p.m., but the instructions weren’t clear about which apartment was mine—there are five in the building. I ended up having to try each door to figure it out, which was a bit frustrating. The listing does clearly mention that there’s no elevator, so keep that in mind. There are quite a few stairs to climb, and carrying luggage to the top can be challenging.

“Right off the Sol plaza”
The best

Very conveniently located right near metro station and in middle of many sights. The guy that checked us in was very helpful. The check in location/baggage storage is in a building about 5 minutes away which wasn’t a problem for us. Room was small, but clean and comfortable for 2.

To be improved

We were on top floor so a little over 100 stairs. No view at all. Only windows opened essentially to an air shaft with windows from other places and a skylight.
