This isn’t a negative comment, just useful information to know before your arrival. All communication with the owner is in Spanish via WhatsApp, as you won’t meet him in person. Finding the apartment can be a bit tricky, even with Google Maps. Make sure to arrive while the concierge is still on duty (until 18:00), otherwise you may have to wait for someone to let you into the building, as the complex is gated. The key is located on the 7th floor, in a small lockbox next to the apartment entrance. The owner will give you the code to open it. Inside the box, you'll find all necessary keys: for the garage, apartment, garage elevator, and building entrance. If you're alone and planning to leave the building when the concierge is not present, keep in mind that you'll need to return the keys to the lockbox afterward. That means you must leave the building door open somehow, or you’ll need to wait for someone to let you back in to access the 7th floor again. It’s a bit complicated at first, but nothing unmanageable. I hope these instructions help!

There is no reception, it is a private facility. Just a concierge you have to call and be lucky to find him. We could not get in until another person went out. You need a physical key to get in or out of this huge complex. The proprietor lives in Madrid. He was not satisfied with our ID data we sent him via e-mail via booking.com. He forced us to take pictures of our both ID documents and sent them via data collecting messenger WhatsApp. Oherweise we would not receive the keycode for the already payed apartment. We don't mind a safe previous online check-in, via a safe IT service. We did it many times. But never on whats-app. We had to put him in the the workplace team of my husband, because we don't use WhatsApp privately and surely not for ID documents.
