Was a very nice cozy apartment, clean towels and bedding, was in a quiet neighbourhood.

To be improved

Very far from downtown, takes around 20 minutes of walking and 50 minutes of commuting via public transport.

“everything was perfect”
The best

Everything was just perfect. low price but so much better than hotel. the host is so nice. I had to ask him/her for check-in at like 12 am due to the national blackout, but she/he generously helped me to get in the apartment. clean house, every utility included. I would definetly book again when I go back to Madrid. 100 out of 100!

The best

I had a terrible experience with this apartment. The photos were completely misleading, The neighborhood was awful, and the apartment itself was tiny and uncomfortable. When I first called the hosts for help, they told me to wait, but after that, they ignored all my calls. They never responded to my messages either. When I saw the real conditions of the place, I politely asked for a refund for the remaining days (except for the first night) so that I could move to a hotel, but they completely ignored me. I do not recommend this place at all. The lack of honesty and customer service was unacceptable.
