“Accomadation was crap, cartagena brilliant.”

Couldnt get in the front door as lock wasnt working. Half a day later we Finally got in to the flat and the electric went off for about 12 hours. Which we found out was due to a fault with the kettle which i got a electric shock from. No one has bothered to ask if i was ok even after they were informed. The next day we couldnt get back in for over one hour even after they sent mother out to check. They changed the lock that day. We were only staying two days due to our schedule, cartagena was fantastic.

The flat sits just above two restaurants which have the tables and chairs outside in the plaza just outside the window of the apartment. Extremely noisy until about 1 am. When they stopped serving dinner they dragged all the chairs and tables making so much noise. The apartment is advertised as a one bedroom flat, but the bedroom is not an actual bedroom, is built into the living room with a concertina door dividing it with the sofa bed just on the other side. It was quite an experience getting the codes to enter the property, the hosts took forever to answer our messages while we were waiting outside not being able to access the property, we must have waited for at least 40 minutes, and then they had the cheek to ask for a good review
