“Perfect trip to Granada”

Well positioned with in city, easy reach of all areas. Tourist train stop close by and even passes by front of apartment building. Safe apartment building, but good / easy access, lift available, clean communal areas. The apartment is amazing, very modern, with washing machine and dishwasher. All kitchen equipment very clean. Clean, comfortable furnishings, shower room with toilet & bidet, handy sink in bedroom. Plenty of storage. Small balcony overlooking inner courtyard, Just big enough for any washing / drying. The communication with agent / management prior to arrival was very thorough. Clear instructions given on arrival & entry. Parking close by was provided. Everything was perfect.

Location, easiness to park and to enter the flat, helpfulness of the host, cleanliness.

To be improved

The upper floor was extremely warm, we had to adjust the heating several times, but then there was a temperature difference between living room and bedroom (mezzanine). Also I had seen the other photos of other flats from the same host, where I think this flat should be promoted separately on Booking.com.

Location is excellent, easy walk to cathedral, Albayzin area and restaurants. Did taxi to Alhambra due to rain. Two bedroom, 2 bath apartment was very nice for 2 couples. Underground parking nearby included.

To be improved

Beds are low in case prefer something higher, a few small repairs needed in apartment (bedroom door handle, shower with slow drain), notified property owner so should be taken care of.

“Over the expectations :)”

The best

Located in an atmospheric old building with an elegant patio - very comfortable apartment, quiet, we had everything we needed, plus plenty of space. The heating in January was appreciated. Next to the main monuments. Good, warm communication on WhatsApp. Sorry about the broken soap dispenser - it was too close to the window, which the wind was blowing. We are glad we booked this place!

Little problem with main entrance from the street at first - solved immediatly :)
