“It would have been a wonderful stay if the noisy neighbors had not disturbed the peace.”

The best

The pool was wonderful and the little log cabin was very quaint. The bathroom and shower were very nice and we enjoyed watching free TV in English. The air conditioning worked well and made it pleasant in the room. It was nice to have a fridge in the room where we could store food for the day and not need to eat out. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was apologetic that the restaurant was not open. It was a very quiet neighborhood when we arrived. There was a grocery store near by and an amusement park that looked interesting.

To be improved

The loud neighbors who started pounding on random doors and yelling at 3:00 in the morning. We were informed about quiet hours when booking and they were posted but not observed by this couple. They continued to disturb for hours and again early in the morning. It was very disturbing. The room was very hot when we arrived. It would have been nice if the air was turned on for us. The windows were not covered with screens or glass, so they could not be left open to air out the room.

Central for where I needed to visit. Very clean, tidy and everything readily available

To be improved

The only issues I had where 1. The shower needs replaced 2. When leaving, the staff were washing the steps, there was no sign to inform customers of this and with it being upstairs I did slip but kept my balance. When I reported it they were swift with getting it sorted
