“Cozy, Great Location, but Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance”

The apartment's location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city on foot while still offering a peaceful and cozy retreat. Keep in mind that there are many stairs, so it's best not to bring too much luggage.

To be improved

Several issues compromised our stay. Upon arrival, the apartment was not clean. Although the staff responded promptly when we raised the concern, the problem was not fully resolved; the floor remained dirty and covered with hair. Additionally, the sink had drainage issues, which were quite unpleasant, and the stairway lights leading to the apartment were not working, posing a safety risk. While the support team was responsive and courteous, the lack of attention to basic cleaning and maintenance significantly detracted from the overall experience.

“You have enough space the apartament it is big. The one we had also had balcony. It is a five minute walk to the beach and two nearest parking. · Cons: The host doesn’t speak English at all. Check in was made after 14 as established with the host, but the apartment wasn’t clean they. We fallen a sleep and the cleaning lady appears at the location and hour after our arrival. She also didn’t speak English at all we ware lucky one of the persons spoke Spanish. We had to leave the location for two and a half hours to do the cleaning. Such behaviour it is not suitable for hotel rental. The stare way it is really narrow if you want to stay for a longer period of time and you have a larger baggage you will have to struggle to go upstairs. The air conditioner remote didn’t have batteries we swap the batteries between the remotes to turn them on. The host didn’t say anything after the incident an apology was expected from them which was never said.”

Lovely apartment. Excellent facilities. Nice spacious space.

Stairs (50) are very narrow and steep. Once you go out for the day you really don't want to go back until bedtime.
