The location and the size of the flat are great for Pamplona . The hosts are very attentive and they are always very helpful with any queries you might have.

To be improved

I think the flat is great but the owners need to repair a few broken things , including the window blinds, which being a ground floor flat are very important. Some of the kitchen pots are broken , including the coffee maker.

“Avoid - Apartment was really smelly, about half the described size, and hosts were unresponsive”
The best

The flat was modern and well located for our purposes. It had a good dishwasher, induction hob and oven, and the bed was fine. The handover of the keys from a lockbox was also smooth and convenient. Yet, we would never stay with Clabao again.

To be improved

Smoke smell: The apartment was explicitly non-smoking but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout upon arrival. We contacted the hosts who were initially apologetic but refused to address the issue or change the flat for us. When Booking.com got involved they simply stopped responding. Room Size Difference: The room was described as 52 square meters, but it’s actually a lot smaller, probably less than 30 square meters. This should be unacceptable on Booking.com. Additionally, even though the flat has a kitchen, it didn't have enough utensils to really cook and eat, and no basics (like salt and oil). It has a washing machine, but no laundry detergent. This is the first flat I've stayed in that didn't include these basics, and it was a hassle to buy supplies we couldn't use up in a short stay.
