“Location is excellent, in more quiet and noble part, close to the Duque beach. Hotel is very nice, appartments big with big terrace and beautiful view. We loved the pool, that is clean, not crowded, with safeguard. The food was good.”

Extremely clean and spacious apartments. Plenty of sun chairs around the pool, friendly staff

To be improved

The pool was like bath water! Can’t see the point in having it heated during the summer months.

“Beautiful resort in great location”

The best

A beautiful little resort, walking distance from the shops, restaurants and beaches. The pool was lovely with a very nice temperature. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. It had all the facilities we needed and we had a comfortable stay. There are a few English channels available on the TV so we could find programs to watch each night. Outside noise is completely blocked once windows and doors are closed, so there were no noise disturbances which was great! It's a very family resort and I would recommend this resort to anyone's staying in Tenerife!

To be improved

The bath in our apartment needs to be redone. Quite a lot of mould and didn't feel very clean on our arrival. The rest of the apartment was spotless and very clean so it stood out. Pillows also could be updated, they weren't bad but they weren't very comfortable. Adding new, slightly bigger and firmer pillows would really make a comfortable difference.
