Apartamentos Pensamiento

The door knob from the street has a code which is clever but it is very wonky and you feel like it might come off when using it, obviously a concern to be fixed. There is a large space (2m sq) that serves for nothing on the side of the door and the adjacent bathroom is tiny, cannot move without knocking wall or shower door inside. The toilet door does not lock (or close) properly. The electrical sockets are few and far between, one of them coming out of the wall. Communication per WhatsApp was occasional and then also partial prior to arrival. To retrieve the forgotten item we were told to go to the apartment at an agreed time a few days later but then the cleaner had no idea of the item and we had to wait and go to another location to retrieve it. Basically, management and communication is below-par

- On arrival the main door handle didn't work. One person had to stay all time inside as we could not lock the door from the outside. Fix was applied, back to malfunctioning the next day. - None of the three air conditioning devices worked. - Only one of the three remote controls for the ceiling fans worked. - Only two of the three ceiling fans worked - All of that while there was an alert for high temperatures in the city. - One TV didn't work. - Bathroom is really small. - We left the apartment after one night due to the lack of proper sleep: 37 degrees at night and no air-con. - One week calling and messaging the property to get a refund. Lacks maintenance. Does not meet what is advertised.
