Location was accessible to most places. Easy to get in/out using the key pads.

To be improved

Several things in the apartment did not work, including several lights. Some things did not work well, including the hot water heater, which did not keep the water hot for longer than 2-3 minutes, or the washing machine. Wifi was not strong enough to actually use.

“A good and reasonably priced place to stay in Alcala de Henares”
The best

The apartment was a short walk from the historic centre. There were buses close by although I found it difficult hailing a taxi. The apartment had everything that I required but I was attending a gourmet eating and drinking event which meant I was out from 7.00 am until 1,30 am every day.

To be improved

The apartment was clean and quite well equipped but lacked a feeling of warmth. The bed was a little hard from my point of view.

Secure place, has air con, very comfortable bedroom, and great location - quiet yet close to shops, bars and restaurants. Underground car parking space. Modern kitchen and bathroom - all clean.

To be improved

Insufficient cutlery, glasses and chipped plates. Patterned pink and brown bed sheets - didn’t look clean and crisp. Clothes horse with last week’s laundry drying left up in apartment.
