location was perfect, in the center, everything close by parking very close by, at good rate

To be improved

- old and run down - bed was terrible: short and mattras was old without support - airco had timer in living room: went off after two hours, very bad in the heat during the night (i could not sleep in bedroom , i did not fit, so had to sleep on couch in living room) - electricity: cant handle water boiler, turns off immediately - cover for shower completely broken

“The apartment was centrally located. It was a short walking distance to beach and restaurants. · Cons: Although the apartment was very clean there was a slight issue with small ants in the bedroom. Also, the host are not available on the weekends to assist. I would make arrangements for getting back to the airport in advance.”

Keys were easy to obtain via lockbox at the property entrance. The staff member on duty via What’s app on 12 and 13th June was helpful and efficient. The property was very clean and well located. the bedroom was good - dark, air conditioned and comfortable mattress.

To be improved

1. I was left for 24 hours in the apartment without any electricity due to a power trip related to either a kettle or a bulb in the bathroom. The electrician engaged by the agent didnt arrive on the day. 2. There were no comfort items normally made available via other booking platforms eg small amount of milk, teabag etc. 3. Instructions around rubbish disposal were only given the evening prior to departure. Would be tricky for larger groups.

“Great apartment apart from the sharp, cracked floor tiles”

Great location 5 minutes from the beach and amazingly quiet as everything seems to shut after 10pm the beds were comfortable with Great air com ,kitchen had everything we wanted and so did the bathroom ( hair dryer / iron and ironing board)

To be improved

We were unable to use the balcony as the floor tiles were loose. I messaged them within 5 minutes of arrival with a thanks for letting us know .The tiles got worse to the point of breaking in half so we had to be very careful when barefoot they eventually repaired them not replacing them half way through our week so still with sharp edges, I suggested a mat to cover them,they said they had but then admitted there understanding of English was not good
