Apartamentos Pistolo

Upon arrival, it wasn't clear what to do to check in. There was just an open door to the ground floor and no signs. We rang the doorbell, and a teenager looked out of the first-floor window, but nothing happened afterwards. We went to the first floor, rang a doorbell there, and then the teenager finally called his mother, who arrived two minutes later. It was all rather confusing and a hassle, and some instructions on what to do upon arrival would have made things much easier. There is a microwave and an oven in the kitchen. But the microwave does not have any text around the buttons (anymore), and the oven has a second function dial instead of a time indicator. It was as if the confusion during check-in wasn't enough ... The bathroom has old-fashioned small soap bars, which mostly get thrown out after being used only a bit, which is quite old-fashioned and wasteful. We weren't sure what to do upon checkout, so we left the key in the door and sent a message through Booking. If these flaws were fixed and communication improved, it would be a much better experience.
