The location of this property is perfect because it’s right on the beach. The view is beautiful and made our stay worth.

To be improved

The property needs a renovation especially the bathroom and the kitchen. A thorough cleaning is also necessary.

The best

The location is why you book this place. Oceanfront, beachfront, and on a promenade just above restaurants with nightly live music. We didn’t leave the terrace. It’s in the cutest town with all the local vibes.

To be improved

A hair dryer and travel size hand soap and shampoo would have been so nice to have.

“Nice but all the rooms don't have THE view”

The best

Perfectly located with the beach almost out the entrance door, several restaurants and bakeries, a supermarket and a bus stop all within a 5 min walk. Convenient well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, perfectly clean, they had even sprayed a pleasant perfume in the room.

To be improved

I didn't get the beach view of the picture. In fact my only view was onto a symmetrical flat across a narrow light well (and I had to close the curtains to keep my privacy). I lost quite some time on arrival (13:45) because there was nobody at reception despite having warned about my arrival time (there was no point calling because the phone was inside reception and my texts remained unanswered). The key was on the door but I wasn't sure it was for me. It took me quite some time to locate the people in charge who were resting on a higher floor.

“No view, no balcony, smell of old smoke, feeling scammed”

I felt scammed. The pictures shown have nothing to do with the room we were allocated. The room had no balcony and no sea view, no view at all, just a window to a back part of the building. And the room smelled of old smoke. It was barely possible to sleep there due to the smell. I was offered a refund upon arrival but at that point there were no other rooms available in Valle Gran Rey so I had no choice but to stay in that smelly room with no view.
