Really nice apartment in a great location of Puerto de la Cruz, close to the city life.

To be improved

The cleaning felt a bit superficial and the bathroom was smelling in an unpleasant way when we got there. It got better after we used the shower, but still an inconvenience throughout the whole stay.

- Cleanliness of the apartment - Plenty of kitchen utensils - Very well located (close to supermarket, beach, gluten free restaurants, and bus terminal) - Cozy lighting and living room - Practical lock system - Host was attentive and responsive - Dishwasher and washing machine with detergent included

To be improved

- Cockroaches in the common areas - Pillows were too low and hot - No recycling bins

The best

It was a great location, I had a unit facing the plaza and noise from the plaza was not an issue (only noise was the normal sounds of any multi dwelling hotel or apartment complex). . The unit was clean and the owner was very helpful and I would go back. My only suggestion is that they add a couple of water glasses, 40/50 cl range. coffee and wine covered but nothing else.
