Communication for check in was terrible. There were only automated responses to my multiple messages seeking to leave my bags prior to checking in. The result was 2 hours on the street (with no shade) waiting for a response.

“Good value for money, good location and a pool to cool down”

The best

Great location - in the old town, 5 minutes walk to Plaza Nueva and 10 minutes walk to the main bus station, with tapas bars on the doorstep. The rooftop terrace with a small pool and partial view of the city was a great bonus for kids, especially as we stayed in the penthouse apartment with direct access to the terrace. Adults enjoyed the outdoor pool and the shower too, cooling down on hot days. There was a last minute confusion about apartment availability but it was quickly resolved by the responsive and helpful staff (in the end we stayed in the penthouse apartment, not the balcony apartment). The apartment, although basic, had everything that we needed, including an iron. Sevilla is amazing, one of the best cities we visited in Europe.

The penthouse apartment itself was split level and a bit strange and tight with the entrance at the higher level (3rd floor) and no doors between two sleeping areas (although the level difference provided some privacy), nevertheless, it was fine for a couple of days.

The location is perfect to enjoy the best of Seville. Then we had Apartment is bright, clean, nicely furnished and equipped and comfortable.

To be improved

The air conditioning is not adequate in hot weather and the towels and supplies were not replaced for six days.
