The best

Great location, close to the golf, area has 2/3 Spanish people, mostly owners, and 1/3 expats and tourists (French, Dutch, German, Belgians in that order), quiet in September, comfortable, underground parking, private closed room for bikes, personalised welcome by agency (small agency with 20 properties so their philosophy is to welcome you and come to say goodbye).

To be improved

All OK. If I want to be picky, a bigger terrace and a second bathroom would have been perfect, but really nothing.
