The property is located in a very central location making it very convenient to walk and site see.

To be improved

The apartment was very small with very little space for three people even though it is advertised for 4. There was no actual closet or cabinet from everyone to stowaway their belongings, so you end up living out of suitcase. You can barely walk in between the beds. They didn’t provide enough bath towels. We were three and we only got 1 large size towel and 3 small ones. The walls are thin in between apartments and so you listen to everything, making it hard to sleep. They also have a problem with the power breakers tripping for the row of apartments. I had to reset them about 4 times. One time it happened while in the shower and left me in the pitch dark.

The place is quiet and clean, with a great location. The building has a historical feel, while the apartment is modern and well-equipped for today's needs. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to come again

“Recommend this place for short/medium stays”

The best

Small but very cute room, in perfect location and easy access to all parts of the city. Clean and tidy! It’s the second time I stay and will stay again.

To be improved

The elevator was not working, not really their fault but hope they fix it soon. Has a coffee machine but would be great to have a small water boiler for those drinking tea instead of coffee. Then as recommendation I would add some towels hangers behind the bathroom door and include some cutlery in case you want to eat something in the room.

“Excellent location in the heart of Madrid city centre”

The best

Excellent Location, very good communication with the owner and it was very clean with all facilities in the kitchen. The view from the balcony was great as it was on one of the main streets with plenty of shops and restaurants.

To be improved

The room was too small for 4 people. The beds took the whole space and it makes it hard to move around.
