To be improved

Soup where empty. Also, the air condition was not working a whole day and it was very hot. Moreover, we was in the ground floor and was very noisy as we could hear people walking down the street and talking loudly all night.

“Located in the cozy neighborhood of Albaicin with lots of shops and restaurants. Less crowded but still just a few minutes away from the cathedral and the city center. Staff was fantastic, helping with everything we needed and always with a positive attitude. · Cons: Smell of sewage in the bathroom. The sofa bed was a bit broken and really uncomfortable. Hot inside and if we opened the balcony doors, the noise wouldn't let us sleep.”

“It was super clean and location was amazing · Cons: It was not comfortable for ground floor. You need to keep the curtains closed all the time so you do not see any day light otherwise pedestrains see you all the time. It would be better if the booking options split as ground floor or non-ground floor so the customers will not be surprized”
