“Great location, friendly staff, all you need & budget-friendly”

The best

Great spacious budget apartment in the center of San Antonio. There were four of us, but it can easily accommodate up to six people. The place is roomy, with a balcony and a small kitchen equipped with a stove and a basic set of dishes. The air conditioning is only in the hallway, but we would turn it on before heading to the beach during the day. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk away, about 10 minutes to the central West End street, 15 minutes to beach clubs like Eden, Paradise, and Itaka, and around 20–25 minutes to O Beach along the promenade. The staff at the reception were friendly — they allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, so we could head to the beach. On the morning of our departure, they also helped us arrange a taxi. Despite being centrally located, the area is fairly quiet, although you can still hear some voices from the street at night, which is expected in a party town. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Overall, a great value for money!

“Good location and good hosts!”

The best

Was in a quiet location comparative to other accommodation we stayed in (which was super loud). Could walk most places, and having aircon was great!! Had most things you needed!! Hosts were very friendly!

To be improved

They were all single beds, which is good until you have a couple. But not a major we just pushed our beds together! The aircon was only in the lounge to advise to keep all bedroom doors open to cool down or else it gets very hot in them

“There were 3 of us in the apartment and it was a good size, loved that each room had a balcony and the kitchen was extremely well equipped as we were self catering. We had a couple of minor things break in the room, however the staff response was exceptionally quick at resolving these, which we appreciated. The hotel was close to the beach and just 5 minute walk from the large free car park so convenient with our hire car. Overall I would recommend this hotel. · Cons: At night, even with the doors closed we could hear every little sound outside, especially the cafe owners downstairs putting the tables out super early each morning. Thankfully we had ear plugs that did help. If it hadn't been for the noise I would have given 10 out of 10 as everything else was perfect. Maybe the hotel could have a word with the cafe owners to be a little quieter each morning, it was around 7am, and this was the main noise that woke us rather than party goers etc! On the plus side I was up early thanks to this for a morning run and swim so it didn't spoil anything, just feel it could be avoided if they spoke a little quieter rather than shouting and dragging the tables so early on!”
