“Great location. Lovely apartment. Very clean. Receptionist was also a very lovely helpful young woman. She helped us with transport and with finding out information. We couldn't get a later checkout however she let us leave our luggage with her until we departed as we didn't want to carry it around with us.”

The best

Staff very welcoming and professional. Lovely Mountain -Pool-Seaview! We actually had a broken kitchen tap which was fixed in 10min as they have maintenance staff on site. It's a 1 star accommodation so for the price, i think it's very good value for money. The complex is very close to the supermarket where you can get fresh fish daily, and 5min walk to Jandia beach😎

We came to the area to visit Casa Winter. It was ideally situated for our purpose. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and everything you'll need for self-catering.

To be improved

There wasn't anything we didn't like. For older clientele, the property is on various levels. Within the apartment, there are a couple of levels too. We are both healthy, and in our 70's, and feel that it wouldn't be suitable for people with walking difficulties.
