There was some noise outside from the partying between 1am to 4am so a bit difficult for sleeping, but it is an awesome location for being in the action!

“never book this apt, super basic, noisy, unfriendly landlord. cannot recommend at all.”

Location is very central. however apt is located directly above/ club bar. so it was super noisy all night. every night. windows couldn‘t be closed properly. so we could not sleep for two nights straight.

To be improved

besides the noise at nights from theclub/bar, they charged us 35 euros for late check-in as our flight flew in late. they said it was standard and goes up to 50 euros. you have to pay in cash with no receipt. 🤔. totally unacceptable. nothing was mentioned on booking about that fee. further there were several bags of stinking garbage in the hallway to our apt. the landlord told us we should remove it!! 😂😂😂. landlord super unfriendly and zero interested in helping its renters. late check out (after madrid marathon) was not possible. overall super disappointing and heavily overpriced. worst choice in Madrid.
