“The hosts were very helpful, lots of local knowledge and gave of lots of useful advice and recommendations. We took advantage of the washing machine (free to use, jist need to collect a key) they organised a late check out with no extra cost, provided us with a beach umbrella. The pool was excellent clean and lovely and deep at one end. Also around the corner was a lovely swimming spot, great for jumping in with steps out. Really enjoyed how close it was to Cuitadella, we had a hire car which we parked outside the property on the road and used daily to explore the island”

“It was an average stay without anything particularly impressive.”

The location was decent—close to the sea, though not many beaches were reachable on foot. The pool was fine but too warm. We liked the spacious area and surrounding trees. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. Price performance is ok.

To be improved

We stayed for 10 days. Towels were changed every two days, but they were rough and uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment was quite worn out—especially the pan, which was almost unusable. There were no basic supplies like salt, oil, or shower gel, so we had to buy everything ourselves. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and often didn’t work. The pool water was too warm, and during our entire stay, sheets were changed only once in one room and not at all in the other. We also didn’t see any designated spot for trash disposal within the complex and had to drive to the nearest bin.

The best

The hosts were great, they were really friendly and helpful with any queries. It was lovely to have fresh towels every couple of days and clean sheets once a week. The location was ideal for us with a great restaurant (Blancala) just round the corner and a lovely swimming spot a 2 min walk away, as well as good access to both Cala Blanca Beach and Santandria Beach. Generally there were good facilities and the kitchen was equipped to enable you to prepare and cook meals. We would stay here again.

To be improved

I have a bad back so found the bed a little uncomfortable as it felt like you were rolling into the middle a bit. Being picky but the kitchen could do with some taller glasses for drinks. The door into the apartment squeaked every time it was opened or moved in the breeze which got annoying - I didnt get round to asking the staff to do anything about it though so partly my bad. The price was a bit higher (couple of hundred euro's) than some of the other apartments near by - as we had my Father with us we wanted a guaranteed ground floor apartment for him which is one of the key reasons we chose Rayma. We would stay there again.

“Great self catering holiday”

The best

Great complex of 15 apartments a stone throw from a swimming bay. The apartment we had came with a decent pressure shower, good bed, kitchen with some utensils, a dining table + chairs, couch, TV, air-con, fridge/freezer, 3 plate stove, toaster, platwa/ ypa/ glasses /cutlery/pots and pans, a mocha pot for coffee. We had an upstairs apartment with a terrace, clothes horse, table and chairs. Fresh towels every 2 days and new sheets once a week at this time of the season There is a small pool, which we didn't use Ourselves. An iron, ironing board, mop, bucket, broom, dustpan all also available

To be improved

As many mentioned already, the kitchen utensils could do with an upgrade in places. Having salt, pepper and oil as basics available would be great too as what's the point of everyone buying the same thing every week for it then to be binned?
