The location was Nice.

To be improved

It was not clean. Very thin walls, you could Here everything. Not nice of you want to sleep. I always leave the appartment tidy, but mopping the Floor or otherwise you will get a fine is a bit absurd. Anyways, I left the appartment cleaner than it was when I arrived.

“Good location. Everything you want to see is within walking distance. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. Quiet at night without any outside noise. · Cons: When we arrived at the apartment at 5pm (check-in is from 4pm and I had given warning to the staff of our arrival time), the apartment was still being cleaned and we were asked to return in 30 minutws even though we had all of our luggage with no where to leave it. There is a reception desk on the ground floor but there are never any staff there. The shower water would go cold after a while. Bed was a bit squeaky. Room had a bit of a funny smell. But overall the stay was comfortable ans satisfactory for the price.”

“The location was great, but the room was noisy and not comfortable bathroom”

The best thing about this apartment is definitely its location. Also, when we had some issues, the customer service was super helpful and quick to assist us.

To be improved

The room was definitely one of the worst! It was near the main entrance door and practically facing the street on the ground floor, so there was zero privacy. The room was very noisy and dark, and people coming back to their rooms were slamming the door at all hours, making a lot of noise even late at night. It took two days of complaints to customer service before we could sleep peacefully for at least one night. The bathroom was one of the worst I've ever seen, it felt more like a hospital than a hotel. The shower was clearly designed for disabled access, and there wasn't even a way to take a standing shower since there was no support to hold the shower-head up. Additionally, there was nothing in the bathroom to place any items on like a shelf or closet. Unfortunately, I can say that we were clearly given one of the worst rooms. Before checkout, there were rules that had to be followed, which were only mentioned then, such as taking out the trash and stripping and folding the sheets and blankets. This also allowed us to see the embarrassing stains on the mattress that I would have preferred not to see. Looking at the photos, I can say that we were clearly given one of the worst rooms.

“The facilities left a bit to be desired. There was no iron or ironing board, the bathroom didn’t have towel racks or an exhaust fan, and the sink leaked into the drawers below. Additionally the smell of cigarette smoke constantly wafted into our room as we were by the front entry. The location and staff however were wonderful and they even allowed us a late checkout and storage of our luggage on our final day before our flight.”
