Amazing location on Calle Recogidas. The beds were super comfortable (even though the double could be bigger) and the apartment was very clean.

Central location, well connected with all the points of interest

To be improved

Lack of communication before taking over the apartment. To get to location, it is mandatory to pay in advance only through Booking.com. Any other interaction with the staff is not possible. Also, NO other form of payment (cash or card) is accepted. I have notified this aspect, considering the numerous problems in the management of payments and locations directly through the Booking platform, the insecurity of transactions of this kind, but without any success. Once you get to location, you find that you have no toiletries of any kind, the towels are dirty, as well as other aspects related to hygiene. All kinds of restrictions are imposed on you, which you are not aware of until after you make the payment. Lack of transparency in communication.
