Too many things Smell of drainage when you walk in especially by lift Flats are so plain, no homely feel. cheep. poor quality furniture, beds small, felt like a hostel Shower leaked due to poor quality finish, nothing to dry it with except foot towel limited to one toilet roll a day, kept having to ask for more, everything was rationed. Good job my wife brought own shampoo & conditioner otherwise we would have run out every 2/3 days. WiFi was poor, kept dropping Honestly we would have left after 1st or 2nd night but the communication between the owner was so poor it felt like we would have lost everything we paid. We love Ourense and have stayed there so many times to visit family. this is definitely one place we will not be returning to.
