“Great choice for a short stay!”

The best

We have all we need in the apartment - fridge, microwave, oven, kettle for tea and coffee, lots of cutlery and plates! The bathroom and toilet was very clean! The property is on a 2 minutes from the bus stop and 10-15 to the metro station, whisch was very convenience for us! We enjoy our stay and recommended! Thank you!

To be improved

Only the floor was a little bit dusty, but in the bedroom wardrobe there's a bucket and mop for cleaning up, so everything was fine!

Method of accessing the premises and lack of seriousness from some employees. It was agreed that we would get the keys on the padlock, however, when we go there, there were no keys inside (we got there around midnight). Tried opening the door following the instructions sent, however, door was not opening through the app nor website. We called support, who actually tried helping us remotely, however also not successful. After a few attempts, support decided to call someone to go to the premises with the phisical key to help us go in(We were stil outside the premisses after 1h). Luckily someone residing there let us in. However, even inside, we were unable to go into the main door using virtual keys provided in the app. (again still without phisical keys). After 45 min or so, the guy the support called got there, however again, with the wrong set of keys, so he had to contact someone to open the main door remotely. It was agreed that we would get physical keys the following day at 10. We waited until 10 am, and guess what? No keys in the pad lock. We called support again, and keys were placed around 12pm. We felt disrespected and unapreciated. Taking all of this into account, personally, i am not coming back.

“Could be a lot better with a little effort”

The check-in instructions were clear and helpful, although you have to check in via an external website. The staff was friendly and helpful. The flat is within 10min walking distance from metro line 5 and 3min away there is a 146-bus stop that takes you directly into the nice part of the city in 33 minutes. There is only one bedroom which is comfortable and has a nice double bed. The furniture is aesthetic and modern.

The underground flat lacks cleanliness and fresh air. The couch's textile has dirty spots. The spaces inside the couches, where fresh bedding was stored, were really dusty. The rug and the floors were dirty, so you can't walk barefoot. For hygiene appreciators, the bathroom won't be clean, as it lacks a deep corner cleaning. The modern, half-open shower wets the floor around it for which a single floor towel isn't enough. For 5 days of stay we were given one little bottle of soap and shampoo and one little set of dish cleaning material, which wasn't enough. It gets very stuffy and the windows can't be opened at night because the sprinklers outside will wet everything inside. There are two ventilators, which won't freshen up the air.
