Selected 2 bedrooms on the site, property is one upstairs bedroom with very hard matress and an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed in the sitting room. The bathroom is ground floor next to the entrance, the kitchen and sitting room are all open plan so there is no privacy for those on the sofa bed. Not ideal having someone walking past your bed to use the bathroom in the night. Bathroom door doesn't close properly or have a lock.

Nothing was good at all.

To be improved

We went in and faced soooo many problems. We were 2 adults and one child and one baby (1 years old). 1) the water was so cold in the kitchen and toilet. We kids couldn't get an shower for all the days we stayed there. 2) the air-condition didn't work more than 5 minutes. We had to turn off and turn on again and again every 5 minutes. The rooms were so cold so we had to warm the rooms up to 25 degrees. It was end of may and it was 29 degrees outside but freezing cold inside. We had to turn on the radiators in the rooms to survive. 3) In the toilet there were literally no air going out or in so the indoor climate was rally bad. There was a bad smell and it just lived there and even opening the doors didn't help anything. 4) For 3 days of stay with 4 persons we only had 1.5 toilet rolls of Toiletpapir. When we asked for more they said we shall buy it ourself from the shop. Wtf I didn't even know where to find these things om travelling with 2 kids 🫣 5) We were 4 persons and we were only provided 1 bed and a mobile open/close guest bed that we totally broken. My 7 years old tried to sleep on it the first night and got injured in the back because it was broken. In this bed the mattress were really dirty with spot and blood marks on. So we tried to find some bed lined and the duvet and pillow in the closets. Those were also filled up with dirty old marks. So we gave our (parents) ONE duvet and pillow to our son and we simply slept on a bed without any pillow and duvet. After 1 night we keep asking to pillow and duvet and they said they couldn't do anything other tha me looking under the sofa bed. So I had to sleep with my boy on the sofa bed in the living room and my husband in the bedroom with our 1 years old baby who could fell our from the bed anytime. 5) 5 weeks before our check in we requested for a baby cut and we never got any answer. Once we checked in we asked again for a baby cut and they said they couldn't provide us one.

“Good value for money for what we needed”

Great location for supermarket, metro system and a short walk into the hustle and bustle of Madrid. Hot water very limited in showers so most days we had cold showers. Key app system a bit hit and miss but not too bad overall. Spare camping style bed broken at one end so not a comfortable sleep at all.
