“Superb”

The best

This was my third stay in this apartment and it was very nice. The apartment is a great size and very light with nice views. It's well located near the market and between the Calle Laurel and Calle San Juan areas. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We wanted an iron and she was able to bring one to us the next morning even though it was a big festival day. I'll definately stay here again.

To be improved

It was a little noisy especially during weekends and/or festivals. This was the first time I had stayed on the first floor and the first time I noticed the noise. In the future I'll request the 2nd or 3rd floor apartment. Wifi does not work on the first floor apartment. We had friends on the third floor and the wifi was perfect on this floor. We also went to the second floor and were able to get wifi from outside the door. So the issue appears to be with signal from the first floor apartment. A trashcan in the bathrooms would also be nice.

Apartment was spotless, completely clean. It felt like a resort hotel. Kitchen was full of amenities: coffee maker with coffee, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, washer AND dryer! The apartment is spacious with a master suite with an attached bathroom, which is separate from the other two bedrooms and other bathroom. We were traveling with our kids and grandma, and it felt like mom and dad had their own space. The location of the apartment is fantastic, it is a block from two underground parking lots and a grocery store, along with two blocks from the main pintxos street Calle Lorel. It is also walking distant to many of the many Rioja wineries if you want to do a little tour. Logroño is a small town so it's easy to navigate, but it's big enough to have plenty of food options. It's a great rioja home base.
