“Nice apartment hotel”

- A single apartment big room for ourselves, completed with a bathroom, living, small kitchen (with required utensils). - Even though the location is across the river, still walkable to the city center. Metro station is nearby. - A big supermarket downstairs is very convenient. - Reception is available for 24 hours. Possible to leave luggage.

“Great Location but Below Expectations in Service”

What I liked during my stay at the hotel was its proximity to Seville's main landmarks, namely the Alcázar Palace and Plaza de España.

What I didn’t like about the serviced apartment was that the furniture and amenities were very basic, and the bathroom door was somewhat worn out. There was no electric kettle for making tea, and when I asked, they offered me a pot instead. Some staff members were unprofessional in dealing with guests, although a few were friendly. The price of the accommodation did not match the value for the money I paid.
