Apartamentos Revolta Sanxenxo 3000

It smelled like old water when we got in, the 150€ deposit is ridiculous, the staff mistook our keys, we could only check in until 8 pm and we had to check out at 10 am which is super early. We could only check in at 5 which is super late. The staff gave us the wrong keys, the pool was 400 meters away and was closed on the days we went - this was written in the end of the description. The elevator was out of service out rooms were on the 3rd floor. There were no bath mats, or even soap to wash your hands with.

The lift was out of service,we were 3 families with children and were given apartments on the second and third floor. The cleanliness standards were very poor. No oven, not enough kitchenware, doorbell didn't work. The swimming pool wasn't on site, it was at a different location 10/15 minutes walk from the apartment.

Nothing available in the kitchen or bathroom, no even hand soap, spare toilet paper, washing-up soap or laundry. The swimming pool is not in the same location that the apartment, need to walk 10 minutes.

Very basic. One heater, no cooker, minimal kitchen utensils. Out of hours key collection was a little complicated

There were several things that are simply unacceptable in a 21st century rental. 1. The check in is at a different address, 500 meters away from the house, but the address provided when put on google maps goes nowhere. 2. The kindness at check in was... unexistent.: empathy none. 3. As soon as you enter the house, a weird smell that stayed at the house for the whole week, a weird mix betweeen a dead body and bad detergent would hit your nostrils. 4. The house had no wifi. really? 21st century! 5. The TV screen is about the size of my laptop screen, and you only get a handful of spanish channels (to be fair, tv shown in advert) 6. Everything in the apartment is the cheapest possible. 7. In particular, the dishes and cutlery are barely enough, and the cooking stuff not fit to cook for 5. Maybe for a couple, at best! 8. The beds are horrible, the matress must be the cheapest one can get. It weights like 1 kg, which means that you sit on the bed and it moves away, as the entire structure with matress might be under 5 kg or some such. 9. The supposed pool of the appartment is at the other end of the Revolta village, near where you get the keys. Unstated in the advet. Say what? Can't be more misleading than that can it? 10. The beds were not made, it's do-your-own-bed with the worse possible cheapest linen provided. 11. And to top it all, there was not any soap or toilet paper on site. Really. I own two AirBnB properties in Lisboa. This is not sensible in the 21st century! Please, do not stay here. I will never again stay at an apartment from these folks. Apartments 3000 is the group's name, they claim to be leaders in holliday rentals in Spain. Their website reads: Apartments 3000 – Cheap apartment rental. The emphasis is on "cheap", but the wrong side of it. Abcense of quality. No idea what they lead on, but quality it is not for sure. And it is a shame, as the apartment building itself was good quality.
