“Centrally located apartment adequate for a short stay.”

The best

The apartment is centrally located in the old town very close to the mezquita cathedral. There are a plethora of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a pretty courtyard shared by the apartments. The apartment was clean and the towels provided were nice.

To be improved

No kettle provided. Nowhere to keep clothes. Very little space in bedrooms. The front bedroom was extremely noisy. There wasn’t any outside furniture on the shared courtyard.

Check in was inconvenient as I was asked all my details on the day I was traveling. Train, local bus, luggage and a small dog. To stop and answer a list of questions thru out my day of travel was a real pain. When I arrive or the day before would have taken the stress out of my trip.

Shame, shame by all meanings, no one single glass for wine or bear. The toaster from the last century and nowhere to use it. The micowave is high on a high shelf. No nife, no wardrobe, no dining table, and one single comfortable chair. The two chairs in the room are spikes. No reading light. The room's lock faulty is an additional problem. No staff ( receptionist) to provide help. The reception did not take customers' calls. Five night with the same bed sheets. Except for location, everything is mesirable. Last day, I contacted customer services asking for help to book a taxi, but nobody bothered himself to answer my message.
