Great location. The apparent was good size, comfortable and clean. The communication was good as well as the service.

The bed needs an update the mattress almost broke my back and the AC needs to be set up to cold the place because was too hot. Also some extra items like paper towels, a small soap or small fan it will not hurt.

The orientation of the building and how the sun hits it makes it difficult to balance the A/C. One bedroom can be quite warm while the other is quite cold. Not sure this is fixable based on how the sun hits the building in summer.

There were serious issues with basic services during our stay. The room was not cleaned, and towels and sheets were not changed. An extra fee was requested for cleaning. There was no washing machine or cleaning equipment provided. Wi-Fi was weak and didn’t work in some rooms. The building had a bad smell, and we encountered cockroaches.

The best

Nice and quiet and cool, great aircon. Good central location near the river and old town, all walkable. Easy journey from airport via airport bus. Almost dropped outside.

Only minor things, some damage to interior, bed headboard creeks. So some wear and tear.
