“Lovely modern appartment in a good location”

The best

lovely modern apartment, terrace, a comfortable lounge diner. the owner had left breakfast ingredients, butter, jam, croissants milk and water in the fridge . There was a small pool open for s3ijiny, the , larger pool was closed afterSept. 9 th . underground parking. the owner Javier was very helpful, through WhatsApp. also several restaurants in walking distance. straight onto the seafront, beautiful beaches.

To be improved

The entrance to the compound required lots of keys, difficult to find exit points , needed some experience. If you parked in the garage, steps up to the outside, then more steps to access the lift, this could be a problem for older people. The hotel opposite played loud music until midnight. Not possible to sit out or have the windows open.

“Pleasant stay but with unexpected, unfair charges.”

The best

- location. Beach is 5 minutes walk away. There are also restaurants right by the entrance and a local supermarket. - ⁠the apartment had most things you’d need during a long stay - ⁠the pool was lovely & you have dedicated sun loungers. - ⁠equipment is provided for the beach such as a parasol & beach chairs (though these are well used) - ⁠comfortable bed & cot was provided free of charge. The host also purchased a highchair ahead of our visit. - ⁠during & before our stay the host was very quick to respond to queries

To be improved

Cons - the apartment is on the third floor & the other side of the entrance. There is a lift, but it’s still not easy if you have a lot of luggage, or shopping (& a toddler in tow!) - ⁠the apartment is opposite a hotel, so it’s very noisy at night making the balcony not enjoyable in the evening - ⁠there were two dripping taps from the aircon unit on the balcony meaning the balcony needed to be cleaned frequently due to the dirty water - ⁠the sun loungers at the pool could not be moved (chained to weight) & unfortunately the group next to us were smoking weed (which the lifeguard had seemingly no issue with) so not a great environment for a family - ⁠there were frequent power cuts which the host explained was due to the energy usage needed to be adjusted. These tended to happen when the washing machine was being used whilst another appliance was - ⁠the kettle did not turn off when finished which is a major hazard - ⁠we were charged a cleaning fee which I do not think was reasonable. It was for leaving some food in the fridge, leaving clean plates in the dishwasher & a shower with some hair in it. We left the flat in a reasonable condition expecting it to be professionally cleaned upon our exit. We also left food which is what the larder is full off which hasn’t been mentioned so probably gladly accepted as this was just full of half used items previous guests had left. - ⁠we were charged for an “abuse of electricity”. There is no mention in the guide at all that you have to be cautious with energy usage. We’re a family with a young child who used the flat as our home whilst we were there. Being told by the host that he’d have to increase the electricity usage due to the power cuts, but no mention of this costing anything is not very upfront or honest - we were charged for breaking a lamp( small chip of plastic) which is fair.

“Perfect accommodation for a fantastic holiday”

The best

Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation is still incredibly high. A lovely touch is the breakfast pack included. The property is perfectly positioned with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, a bus stop opposite to take you into the main centre and supermarkets within 15 minute walk. Juan and Javier are excellent hosts who show great attention to detail and are always on hand if you need something

“Exceptional”

The best

A well equipped apartment in a good area. Walking distance to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants, bars and shops. We arrived about 9pm and the apartment was stocked with lots of basic cooking ingredients, enough for a light meal and breakfast the next day, including jams, bread, water, tea, coffee. A supply of dishwasher and washing machine tablets also left. Lots of information about the apartment and the area left in the flat. The owner Javier was very helpful with any questions we had and replied very promptly.

“A very nice experience”

The best

I have been travelling all over the world but it’s rarely when you find such a nice apartment and a very attentive owner. It’s nothing that you can’t find in the apartment, all you need and even more, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen has all you need, the owner left for us even some complimentary food which it was unexpected but a nice surprise . Very close to the beach.
