“Cons: After returning late at night, At 8:30 they started maintenance in a room above our floor using screwdrivers and moving object on floor. We woke up and could not fall asleep again. Which affected the entire day after”

“Mould which is a health issue and needs to be sorted urgently”

Location facilities and size were all fine. One issue detailed below.

To be improved

The apartment had damp and mould especially in the bathroom. With bathroom door closed there was an overpowering smell of mould. I do think this is a health and safety issue and until the mould is sorted it should not be let. See photos.

“the apartment looks good, but there are too many poorly thought-out details”

At first glance, the apartment looks good, but there are too many poorly thought-out details. There is no kettle, the coffee maker doesn’t work with the stove, there’s no hook for towels, and the bedsheet was dirty. The location is convenient, right in the city center.

There was a lot of mould on the bathroom ceiling . I requested to change apartments and they did but there was still some mould on the bathroom ceiling in that one as well. They stated they had leakage from the roof and were in the process of fixing it. They were very receptive and fast to try and help me.
