Fantastic location, very central with restaurants very close. Fantastic ice cream shop on the street! Good communication from the host, I loved my stay here. It felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend and I would return.

“Great value & a home-from-home stay.”

Great location & nearby shops & restaurants. The apartment was very clean & equipped with all mod-cons. Comfortable bed 😴. Large windows to let in fresh air. Very quiet neighbourhood. Staff very friendly & helpful. Lovely well-appointed historic interior to entrance hall & stairway, plus a lift for tired legs. Would deffo stay here again.

If I could give 0 star I would. The entire experience was a catastrophe. First, we booked a one bedroom apartment which was in fact a studio. The pictures were of a completely different apartment than the one we stayed in. The cutlery and the few cooking pots and pans we used were dirty with caked on food. While we slept an interior light near the door repeatedly turned on and off during the night, flooding the studio with light, waking me and my boyfriend up on numerous occasions. Second, communication was non existent beside the automated messages no answer by phone calls, WhatsApp or booking chat. We changed the booking date for a shorter stay within the 12hr allowed by booking and the owners (we had booked 5 days in advance) which the host agreed to the day we arrived. After agreeing to the change they overcharged our credit card three times the amount agreed upon and haven’t responded since. We couldn’t get an explanation, we’ve tried to email, called and used booking chat but haven’t received a reply. We called customer service and are still waiting for a refund from booking.
