The host Eva was great. She was flexible with handing over the keys as our flight was delayed and was flexible during checkout. The bedroom is a good size for a small family.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good views over estuary. Washing machine and provided a coffee machine. Parking of motorbike under cover Really nice welcome

To be improved

Very close to motorway meaning window had to be kept shut at night so a bit stuffy as it was hot weather
