Spacious apartment, good location to explore the island (if you have a car), common areas (pool & social room).

We felt watched and controlled all the time by the cameras….!!! Absolute no customer experience attitude and zero empathy and flexibility with guests! Background: Our sons were living (in another apartment in another part of the Island) on Lanzarote to participate in the Ironman 2025 competition. They came to visit us… and that’s what happened: After 10-12 minutes we were reprimanded by WhatsApp by the staff that our two sons, seen by the cameras, had to immediately leave the facilities and we were threatened with fines, penalties and police controls & visits. We asked whether we could invite our sons for dinner on the terrace of our apartment. They prohibited us to invite our sons even after we offered to send the ID cards… We finally spent more time in the apartment and pool of our sons (who had an owner who cares about their customers, who was not so rigid, and who simply showed empathy). We ended up only sleeping in this place, as we did not feel welcomed and had no desire anymore to spent time in the pool and common areas as we felt controlled and watched all the time. P.S. we stayed 5 days and asked for toilet paper after a couple of days: we were told by the staff that we had to buy ourselves toilet paper… which for a price of 95 Euro/day was quiet surprising.

Location was the best. Quiet and easy to reach supermarket and fuel station. Staff was also super responsive. Will 100% come back and recommend it.
