“Outstanding location and comfort!”

The best

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. They provided everything you needed fir the stay. Our room was on the second floor and it has an elevator. Nice kitchen with all the needed equipment and utensils. It had 2 a/c units which maintained the room at a nice temperature. We recommend this place without any hesitation. Thanks to the management for keeping in touch.

“Perfect little nook to stay at when in Toledo”

The best

Super easy check in. We took a very inexpensive taxi from the train station to the apartment. We actually took two taxis for our large family. It was super cheap and worth it with our luggage. This apartment is in a great location. Tucked away one street up from the main tourist drag and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and sites. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. We were a family of 6 and we fit here. Although, some of my older kids preferred to sleep in the living room on the sofas instead of the bunks. I did laundry here as the laundry machine looked better maintained than some of the other rentals. I felt I could use the machine and actually get clean clothes. There is only one living/kitchen space, so I probably wouldn't want to stay here with such a large group for more than a few days. But we were here for three nights and it worked well.

To be improved

No ventilation in the one and only bathroom. One person in our party contracted campylobacter food poisoning from undercooked chicken in Valencia, and needed this bathroom a lot. There was no window or ventilation which made it terrible for this person, as well as the rest of us, waiting to use it. Also, the apartment had automated air fresheners that squirted air freshener into the air on a regular basis. I prefer non-toxic cleaners and such, and I wasn't sure what it was spraying into the air the whole time. It would have been nice to know it was made without any toxic or harmful chemicals so I didn't need to worry about it the whole time.

“The apartment was located in the city center, with fast access to all touristic sites and facilities. The apartment had all the necessary comodities, it had air conditioning so it was cool in spite of the Toledo heat. There was a very good bakery and a quite decent small Carrefour Express nearby. We entered using a code and always contacted the owner via whatsapp. We received all the necessary information and their a answer was very fast. I strongly recomend this apartment. · Cons: It is very difficult to park in Toledo,.We went by car, had to use the free parking outside the city and then the escaleras. It was a bit hard. However, inside the city walls we never needed the car and walked easily everywhere.”

“Very well located small neat apartment.”

The best

Location was excellent - in the centre of the historic city but on a quieter street rather than a noisy square. There is a lift which was good for managing luggage. There was a washing machine and drying rack.

To be improved

There were no dish towels for drying dishes (luckily, reading other reviews, we had brought our own, but shouldn't need to). The balcony was not really usable - more of a window really. Noise travelled within the building and between the walls.
