Very clean and good communication.

To be improved

Bathroom needs so attention, loose shower fixing rusty mirror and running toilet. Dirty outside the flat front and back but this is most likely nothing to do with the owner.

“Disappointing”

The best

Location was very good but for the price, still far from the hustle bustle. Hosts helped get us a taxi which is hard to get in the city for airport transfers.

To be improved

The house was not clean when we entered. There was lipstick mark on mugs and mold growth on racks in the bedroom. The floors were so dirty, our socks became dark from walking in them for 5 mins. There were two bedrooms for 3 guests but they only provided one fan and it was pretty hot this summer.

The apartment had a musty smell and felt damp. On arrival no soap in shower no hand towels. Sheets on bed were wet, they were changed next day but we had to remake the bed ourselves and the single bed sheet was too small. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days . Had to ask for clean towels after 4th day and they only delivered 2 bath and 1 hand towel. One of the entrance doors was left open most of the time. The windows opened up to walls.

No kettle, no instructions for coffee machine, no BBC channel on tv, no introductory folder with local info on restaurants, directions etc.

“Lovely, newly refurbished apartment in an excellent location.”

The best

A newly refurbished apartment with 2 rooms. Very efficient WiFi. The washing machine was useful for an extended trip and the balcony a good option for drying clothes. The apartment is 150 metres from a lovely square well served with bars and good value restaurants.

To be improved

There were very few cleaning items. A dustpan and brush would have been most useful.
