Apartamentos San Agustín

The apartment is in desperate need of redecorating, there was damage to the bathroom door, kitchen cupboard & various bad marks on the walls & shared areas. There should also be a mounted note on WiFi details, close by amenities etc,.

While the location was good, it was also very uncomfortable because our apartment was basically on the street (the first night a lady came and just throw herself crying on the entrance door step😂 - look at the photo). We couldn’t open the windows otherwise people would have looked inside.

I had to cancel because I never got a message about the checkin, also, I did not get a refund.

Uncomfortable beds , bed throw blanket stained with cigarette burns. Luck of corkscrew.

It is advertised with a view and balcony. It had neither. Was a ground floor apartment with frosted glass door Abad window onto street. When we arrived it was filthy and cleaner did her best, we had to return twice and she did try to give us another room but owner said no. She was very apologetic. We did not get any sleep until 3am, noisy location and very loud music.

Our stay would have been perfect if the in the bedroom persiana wasn't broken.It seems like it's detached from the top part. We had a great night, anyways. I wasn't a big proble at all.
