“Good flat but poor service”

Key pick up away from apartment in busy location where difficult to park and pick up. It’s nearly 4 km from location. Name of apartment was not given so need to ring rest of flats in floor to find out. When booking car parking reservation was not mentioned but covered parking was good for 12 euros. Flat was cold with no heating. Not much instructions provided. Good flat but poor service.

“Bad attitude of owner / loud neighbour”

Location of the apartment. Decoration and facilities of the apartment.

To be improved

Owner is trying to claim 218 Euro of damages (after the checkout) which we did not cause. A leaking sink which was working fine when we left the apartment. Old building. Neighbour above walking with high heels during several nights and early mornings. Sound through the ceiling is quite loud. My children and my wife woke up several times due to this noise.
